Right of Withdrawal for Consumers

The following information on the right of withdrawal applies to Consumers where the law applicable to the contract grants a statutory right of withdrawal. It reflects in particular the information requirements applicable to Consumers in the European Union. Any mandatory additional rights under the law of the Consumer’s country of habitual residence remain unaffected.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day:

• on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, take possession of the goods, where you ordered one or more goods as part of a single order and the goods are delivered together;
• on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, take possession of the last item, where you ordered several goods as part of a single order and they are delivered separately;
• on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, take possession of the last instalment or the last piece, where the goods are delivered in several instalments or pieces; or
• on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, take possession of the first item, where the contract provides for the regular delivery of goods over a defined period.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Iline Organic GmbH, Turmstraße 12, 78467 Konstanz, Germany, telephone: +49 7531 9114550, email: [email protected]) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement, for example by letter or email. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not mandatory.

You may also exercise your right of withdrawal using the electronic “Withdraw from Contract” function provided on our website. If you use this function, we will send you without undue delay an acknowledgement of receipt on a durable medium, in particular by email, stating the content of your withdrawal declaration and the date and time it was received.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal, or to submit your declaration through the electronic withdrawal function, before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for any supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence that you have sent the goods back, whichever is the earlier.

You must send back or hand over the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal, to:

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are liable only for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal for Unsealed Goods

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery. This applies in particular to Iline olive oils supplied with a tamper-evident original closure and a shrink capsule, provided that the seal has been opened, removed or damaged after delivery and the requirements of section 312g(2) no. 3 BGB are met. Statutory rights in respect of defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods remain unaffected.
