For too long, olive oil has been treated as a simple kitchen staple: one bottle, one taste, one purpose. We believe it can be much more. Like wine, olive oil has character, nuance and emotion. It can be delicate,smooth or intense. It can match a dish, a mood and a moment.
That is why we created Iline Organic: a new generation of organic extra virgin olive oil, designed for people
who want quality they can taste, origins they can trust and products that feel as refined as they are natural.
Born from family heritage.
Our story began in 1894 in the sun-filled olive groves of Kef, in northwest Tunisia.
Long before sustainability became a trend, our family cared for olive trees with patience, respect and a deep connection to the land.
Across generations, olives were harvested, oil was pressed and knowledge was passed down — always with care for nature and without unnecessary chemicals.
More than 130 years later, that heritage continues through Iline Organic: a Swiss-based family company with Tunisian roots and an international vision. We combine traditional olive cultivation with modern technology, elegant design and a clear mission: to redefine olive oil for a new generation.

From Kef to the world
Our olives grow in the mountain region of Kef, Tunisia — a landscape shaped by sun, rain, clean air and
natural rhythm. This origin gives our oils their identity: authentic, expressive and deeply connected to their
terroir.
From cultivation to bottling and distribution, we believe in control, transparency and responsibility. Iline
Organic is headquartered in Switzerland, with logistics and distribution structures supporting customers
across Europe, the Middle East, Asia and the USA.
Whether for private households, gastronomy, retail, wholesale, corporate gifts or private label projects, our
goal remains the same: to deliver organic olive oil with consistent quality, reliable service and a story worth
sharing.

We do not believe there is one perfect olive oil for every person and every dish.
That is why we created three signature taste profiles:
Hana — Delicate
A light, gentle olive oil with fine fruitiness. Hana is ideal for moments that call for elegance, freshness and
subtle flavor.
Yara — Medium
A smooth, balanced olive oil with a fruity character. Yara is versatile, harmonious and made for everyday
dishes that deserve more depth.
Dalia — Robust
An intense olive oil with strength, character and full fruitiness. Dalia is made for people who love bold flavor
and a powerful Mediterranean finish.
Together, Hana, Yara and Dalia make olive oil easy to understand.
Organic, sustainable and fair
Quality begins with respect: for the land, for the people who work with it and for the customers who enjoy
the final product.
Our extra virgin olive oils are produced under strict organic standards and guided by sustainable, ethical
principles. The brochure highlights certifications and standards including EU Organic, USDA Organic,
Demeter, BRC and FSSC 22000, supporting the brand’s commitment to food safety, quality and responsible
production.
Transparency from tree to bottle
We take the direct route.
Our approach is built around traceability and close involvement in every step: from the olive groves in
Tunisia to production, bottling and distribution. This gives us greater control over quality and allows us to
offer customers a more direct connection to the source.
