Terms and Conditions of Iline Organic: Read all relevant information about our General Terms and  Conditions here. AMRI BIO is registered in the commercial register  in Bern, Switzerland. The contracting party is Amri Bio, 3510 Konolfingen, Switzerland, hereinafter referred to as “Amri Bio.”

These General Terms and  Conditions apply to your visit to “www.iline-organic.com” as well as to the processing and fulfillment of your order in our online shop.
“Customers” are persons who order a product on this website or visit this website.
Our offer is intended exclusively for persons of legal age.
Amri Bio reserves the right to change the General Terms and Conditions at any time and without prior notice.

The products on this website are either our own products, branded as Amri Bio, or products manufactured by third parties.
Unless expressly indicated, Amri Bio has no cooperation with third-party providers whose products are visible on this website. In such cases, the intellectual property belongs exclusively to the third-party provider.
Product images in the online shop, brochures, advertising, etc. are for illustration purposes only and are non-binding. The manufacturer’s information is authoritative, including the manufacturer’s warranty, insofar as it applies in Switzerland.
Amri Bio generally does not sell or provide alcohol or tobacco products to young people under the age of 18.

For an order, your email address, first and last name, address, and date of birth are required. For legal entities, we also require the UID number and a valid VAT number, if available.

These Terms and Conditions are deemed accepted when an order is placed.

An order placed via the online shop www.iline-organic.com will be confirmed to the customer by email within two working days. A contract between the customer and Amri Bio is only concluded upon this confirmation. Amri Bio reserves the right not to accept orders or to cancel orders without giving reasons.
There is no entitlement to an order.

The customer may withdraw their order up until the confirmation of the product’s availability and price.

Not all products offered on this website are immediately available. The delivery time is indicated when ordering the respective product. By completing the ordering process, the customer accepts the stated delivery time.
In exceptional cases, despite confirmation, an ordered product may not be deliverable. In this case, Amri Bio has the right to cancel the order. The customer will be informed accordingly by email and no subsequent delivery will be made. Any payment already made will be refunded. If several products are ordered and one or more of them cannot be delivered, the customer is not entitled to cancel the purchase of the other products.
Goods are shipped by courier within Switzerland or by post. The price for transport and insurance is to be paid by the customer and will be communicated to them in advance by email.
Alternatively, the customer has the option to collect the goods directly from Amri Bio within 3–5 working days. The customer will be informed in writing about the possible collection.
Shipping abroad is generally possible; however, transport and insurance costs must be agreed upon and paid in advance. The ordered product will only be shipped after full payment of the purchase price as well as the transport and insurance costs.
Claims arising from non-delivery or delayed delivery are excluded. Article 4.2 above remains reserved.

When ordering, the prices published on Amri Bio’s website apply. All prices are listed in Swiss francs and include VAT of 7.7% or 2.5% as well as the prepaid recycling fee. Packaging and transport costs are not included.
For orders placed through the online shop, the applicable price is the price at the time of ordering. Amri Bio reserves the right to change prices at any time.
An offer is valid as long as the product is listed or available in the online shop.
Payment for the goods is made in advance during the ordering process. Credit cards accepted by Amri Bio may be used. Any additional costs of a financial transaction are to be borne by the customer.
For B2B customers, Amri Bio reserves the right to carry out a credit check before an order on invoice is possible. Amri Bio may decide at its own discretion which payment method is accepted in each individual case.

The risk passes to the buyer as soon as the shipment has been handed over to the relevant carrier.
If shipment is delayed or becomes impossible through no fault of Amri Bio, the notification of readiness for shipment transfers the risk to the buyer.

Amri Bio excludes all liability for defects caused by improper storage or handling. Minor deviations from product specifications do not trigger warranty rights.
Regardless of the legal basis on which any claim may be asserted, Amri Bio shall in no case be liable for:
a) slight negligence,
b) damages and consequential damages as well as lost profit,
c) unrealized savings,
d) damages resulting from delivery delays, and
e) any acts or omissions of Amri Bio’s auxiliary persons, whether contractual or non-contractual.

In principle, ordered products can neither be exchanged nor returned. The customer is obliged to inspect the products for defects immediately upon receipt. Any defects must be reported in writing immediately upon receipt. Otherwise, the goods are deemed to have been accepted by the customer as free of defects.
If the customer later discovers a hidden defect, they must inform Amri Bio in writing of the defect within five days of discovering it.
The defective product may be returned to Amri Bio together with a copy of the invoice and the correct sender address at the customer’s cost and risk. In all cases, the original packaging must also be sent.
Acceptance of the product by Amri Bio does not constitute acknowledgment of the defect. After inspecting the defect, Amri Bio will inform the customer of its findings.
If the notice of defect is received on time and the defect is recognized by Amri Bio, the customer has only the following rights:
Amri Bio may, at its own discretion, either repair the defective product or provide the customer with a replacement for the defective product.
Further claims, in particular claims for damages and satisfaction of any kind, are fully excluded.
For products that show no identifiable defects, Amri Bio reserves the right to charge the customer for the costs of inspecting the alleged defect as well as the shipping costs.

Amri Bio is the owner of all Amri Bio products, including the designs shown on this website.
Modification or further use of any kind of the content shown on the website is not permitted. Its use, publication, or utilization, particularly on social media, requires the written approval of Amri Bio. This restriction includes not only the content of this website but also linking to other websites.

Amri Bio accepts no liability for damages or delivery delays caused by events of force majeure or events beyond its control, such as strikes, transport, traffic, or energy supply disruptions.

Use of this website is at your own risk. Neither Amri Bio nor any company associated with Amri Bio is liable for the accuracy of the information on this website. Amri Bio takes all necessary steps to ensure the accuracy of the content but cannot be held liable for any errors.

All disputes arising from or in connection with the content of this website and relating to orders in the webshop are subject to Swiss law, excluding conflict-of-law rules. The UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods, CISG, and any other international agreements do not apply. The place of jurisdiction is Bern, Switzerland.

Should any parts of these Terms and Conditions prove to be unenforceable or invalid for any reason, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
