Ingredients:

  • 300 g feta
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 4 tomatoes
  • 1 sweet bell pepper
  • 1 bell bell pepper, hot
  • 1 tin of tuna
  • 3 onions
  • Mint, to taste
  • Olives, to taste
  • 1 pinch of salt

Preparation

  1. Cover a baking tray with aluminum foil and preheat the oven to the highest possible setting.
  2. Peel the onions and cut them in half. Place them cut-side down on the tray, along with the peppers and tomatoes. Bake everything until
    a dark coloration is created.
  3. Remove the skin from the garlic and cut it into large pieces. Put the tuna in a sieve to drain and cut the feta into cubes.
  4. Take the vegetables out of the oven and remove the seeds from the peppers. Cut everything into large pieces and place them in a bowl with the garlic. Mix all the ingredients together and season with salt.
  5. To serve, arrange the vegetables on a plate. Arrange the tuna, olives, feta and mint on top.
