Ingredients:
- 300 g feta
- 2 garlic cloves
- 4 tomatoes
- 1 sweet bell pepper
- 1 bell bell pepper, hot
- 1 tin of tuna
- 3 onions
- Mint, to taste
- Olives, to taste
- 1 pinch of salt

Preparation
- Cover a baking tray with aluminum foil and preheat the oven to the highest possible setting.
- Peel the onions and cut them in half. Place them cut-side down on the tray, along with the peppers and tomatoes. Bake everything until
a dark coloration is created. - Remove the skin from the garlic and cut it into large pieces. Put the tuna in a sieve to drain and cut the feta into cubes.
- Take the vegetables out of the oven and remove the seeds from the peppers. Cut everything into large pieces and place them in a bowl with the garlic. Mix all the ingredients together and season with salt.
- To serve, arrange the vegetables on a plate. Arrange the tuna, olives, feta and mint on top.
